Not attempt to exploit or manipulate the AI system

The chatbot uses AI to generate responses. While we design it to be accurate and helpful:

The chatbot does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
For specific pricing or service details, the business owner will confirm directly

4. Lead information

When you submit your details through the chat widget, your information is shared with the business you contacted. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

5. Limitation of liability

Kaal Services provides the chat widget "as is." We are not responsible for:

The quality of service provided by businesses using our tool
Any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses
Temporary unavailability of the service

6. Business clients

If you are a business subscribing to our services, additional terms apply as set out in your service agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
