Kaal Services ("we", "us") provides AI-powered chatbot and lead capture services for local businesses. Our website is getkaal.uk.

What we collect

When you use our chat widget or contact forms on client websites, we collect:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Details of your enquiry (e.g. the service you need)
Conversation messages within the chat widget

We also collect email addresses submitted via our demo request form.

How we use your data

Your information is used to:

Connect you with the business you contacted
Send alerts to the business owner about your enquiry
Improve our chatbot's accuracy and relevance

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the EU. We retain lead data for the duration of our contract with the business you contacted, and for up to 12 months after.

We use the following services to operate:

OpenRouter / Anthropic — AI chat processing (conversations may be processed by Anthropic's Claude model)
Google Firebase — data storage and authentication
Twilio — SMS alerts to business owners
Resend — email alerts to business owners
Railway — server hosting
Netlify — website hosting

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to processing or request restriction
Lodge a complaint with the ICO
